Acceptance of Terms of Use Agreement

In order to use the Shadi Done (formerly known as Shadi.Pk) Service, you must register as a member on the Website/mobile applications (“Site”). This Agreement is an electronic contract that establishes the legally binding terms you must accept to use the Site and become a “Member.” For the purposes of this Agreement, the term “Member” refers to anyone who voluntarily submits information to the Site, whether as a free member or a paid member. By using the Website & App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Agreement”). By using the Service, you consent to submit your personal identifiable information, to collect, process, display, and use the said information to provide the Service. To withdraw this consent, you must discontinue using our Service and delete your account.

Eligibility

To register as a member of Shadi Done (formerly known as Shadi.Pk) or use this Site, you must be legally competent and of legal marriageable age as per the laws of Pakistan (currently, 18 years).

The Shadi Done site is only intended to facilitate personal advertisements for lawful marriage alliances between persons who are legally competent to enter into matrimony under the laws applicable to them. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited.

By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, consent, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement; submit relevant information to us; and that you are not prohibited or prevented by any applicable law or by any order or decree from any competent authority from entering into matrimony.

You further confirm that you intend to seek a life partner and that you will not use this site for casual dating. You agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If at any time Shadi Done is of the opinion (in its sole discretion) or has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or have made any misrepresentation, Shadi Done reserves the right to immediately terminate your membership and/or your right to use the platform without any refund for unutilized subscription fees.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any disclosure or unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security, and ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session.

Packages/Services, Payments, and Payment Methods

This Agreement will remain in effect as long as you use our Site, register for a package, and start utilizing any matchmaking service through this website, mobile app, or privately on WhatsApp.

Shadi Done (formerly known as Shadi.Pk) offers multiple packages, including Matchmaking Services. Our packages can be availed through our website or app only. You can also use our matchmaking service via WhatsApp or other private channels.

Shadi Done offers multiple payment methods to activate packages, including online payment via credit/debit cards, Easypaisa, JazzCash (integrated through JazzCash Payment Gateway), and also cash payments at authorized branches upon receiving a receipt. International members can make payments via international remittance services, ensuring to share the receipt.

All payments made to Shadi Done through any payment method or channel are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the package was never activated or the service was not started. If a payment was made via an online method (credit/debit card, Easypaisa, JazzCash), you cannot claim a chargeback if the package has been activated or the service was initiated.

Registration Fee Refund Policy

As per our refund policy, if you purchase connects or subscribe to any matchmaking service and request a refund within one week, without utilizing any connect or feature of the subscription, your amount will be refunded in full (100%). However, if a refund is requested after one week, even if no connect or feature was utilized, it will not be refunded.

Shadi Done Fee

The Shadi Done Fee associated with our Matchmaking services must be paid immediately or within one week after the successful completion of the match. Please make sure to carefully read and understand this condition before registering for our matchmaking service. Please note that the Shadi Done Fee is non-refundable.

Term and Termination

This Agreement will remain effective, valid, and subsisting as long as you use our Site.

You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, by writing to Shadi Done. If you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to any refund of unutilized subscription fees, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Shadi Done (formerly known as Shadi.Pk) may terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason, including but not limited to breach of the terms of use, using the service for commercial purposes, or engaging in prohibited communication. If Shadi Done terminates your membership due to breach of these terms, no refund will be given for any Subscription fees paid by you.

Certain provisions of this Agreement shall remain effective even after termination.

Non-Commercial Use by Members

The Site is for personal use by individual members and/or authorized persons (such as parents or guardians) to promote their profiles for the purpose of generating potential matches and cannot be used for commercial endeavors. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses cannot become members of Shadi Done unless authorized as matchmakers or marriage bureaus.

Proprietary Rights in the Content on Shadi Done

Shadi Done owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Shadi Done Site and App, including copyrighted materials, trademarks, and proprietary information. You cannot copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any proprietary information without obtaining prior written consent from Shadi Done.

Content Posted on the Site

You agree that Shadi Done may delete any listing, content, communication, photos, or profiles that violate this Agreement or that might be offensive, illegal, or harmful to other users. By submitting content, you grant Shadi Done a license to use, store, and display such content on the Site and within the community of Shadi Done members.

Disclaimers

Shadi Done is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the Site or for the conduct of any User, whether online or offline. Shadi Done assumes no responsibility for any technical issues such as network failure, interruptions, or server errors.

Limitation on Liability

Under no circumstances will Shadi Done be liable to you or any third person for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or Service. The maximum liability of Shadi Done to you will be limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the term of your membership.

Jurisdiction

By using the Site, you agree that all disputes will be governed by the laws of Pakistan and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Shadi Done, its subsidiaries, officers, and partners harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement or any fraudulent activities on your part.

This Agreement, when accepted through use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a Member, contains the entire agreement between you and Shadi Done regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service.
